Motel Rooms, Seashell or Sunrise - $70 plus tax
All 1 Bedroom Units with kitchen & living room - $85 plus tax
Weekly $495 plus tax

OFF-SEASON RATES: August 15 - February 1
Motel Rooms, Seashell or Sunrise - $65 plus tax
All 1 Bedrooms with kitchen & living room - $75 plus tax
Weekly $425 plus tax

Rates based on 2 people per room. $12 per day for extra persons over 16.

Holidays and special events room rates are higher.

Reservations recommended.

We except Visa, Mastercard and personal checks.

We are small property (8 units) so cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy of 48 hours and 4 weeks during February, March and holidays. 20% deposit non-Refundable without 48 hour cancelation.

Deposit refunded with 48 hour advance cancelation or 4 weeks cancellation for holidays and special events. No refunds or cancellations during February, March and April!

Guest are reminded that once you have checked into the Buena Vista Inn refunds will not be given for early departures.

All size pets are allowed at a nominal extra charge.

A little secret in New Smyrna Beach... the Buena Vista Intracoastal Inn, a small but quaint vacation inn (8 units). Owners Bob and Kathy live in their residence on the property. Located only blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and historic Flagler Avenue with it's shops, galleries, restaurants and pubs. The front door of the Buena Vista Inn opens to the tropical courtyard with fountain, sitting area and grills, the back doors to Buena Vista Park on the Intracoastal. Take a walk with your pet in the park or grab a fishing pole and fish from the piers. Overlooking the Intracoastal Indian River with quick access to the municipal boat ramp, boat rentals and deep sea fishing charters. And of course, we are pet friendly.
