1 - Studio with sitting area, queen bed and double futon sleeper. Full refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot.
Remote control color cable TV, VCR, DVD, wireless internet and clock radios.
2 Fishing docks, picnic area and play area overlooking the Atlantic Intercoastal Indian River.

Driving beach 6 blocks east down historic Flagler Avenue with specialty shops and restaurants. Municipal boat ramp, boat rentals, Deep sea fishing boats - 4 blocks west.
